You can also apply for a replacement or new copyright in person at a customer service center. You will need your valid driving licence, a copyright-style color photo, and any other supporting documents. You must surrender any out-of-state driver's licenses, permits, or ID cards before applying for the new New York copyright.
If you already have a valid car licence (category B) you could be eligible to have categories C and C1+E added to your copyright immediately if you pass a test for a vehicle that falls in those categories. You could also add C1+E and C2+E to your license when you pass the driving test for a full-size bus (category C), or a full-size lorry (category C1E).

Requirements
If you're looking to get your Class C copyright online, you'll need to meet the following requirements. These include having an approved beginner's permit, completing an examination of knowledge written by a professional and passing a road skills test. You must also provide proof of identity, residence and citizenship or legal status in the US. You must also surrender any copyright, permit or copyright.
The Class C licence allows you to drive a private automobile with up to 9 seats and a cargo vehicle as well as tractor units with the maximum GVWR of 3.5 tonnes.
